Mahnoor Ali uses miniature techniques to create realistic paintings. Her preferred materials are Gouache and handmade paper used in Traditional Miniatures called 'Wasli'. The current series of her work focuses on the lives of the people who belong to the water part of the world and the pleasure or challenges that they experience. To her it is interesting to dipict the part of the world in her paintings that is not much talked about in general.
