Terms & Conditions

1. Authenticity & Ownership Every artwork sold is an original piece created by the artist. When you buy “Unspoken Echoes,” you own the physical painting. However, the artist (me) keeps the right to show photos of the work for my portfolio or social media.

2. Accuracy of Colors I try my best to show the true colors in the photos. However, because different phone and computer screens show colors differently, the painting may look slightly different in person than it does on your screen.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Painting will be packed with extra care.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the painting to be professionally packed and shipped.

• The buyer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

4. Damage During Shipping If the painting arrives damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the painting so I can help you with a return or insurance claim.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final unless the painting is damaged during shipping or does not match the size/description provided.

• If a return is agreed upon, the painting must be sent back in its original packaging to ensure it stays safe.

6. Care of Artwork The artist is not responsible for damage caused by the buyer (such as dropping the painting, hanging it in direct sunlight for many years, or using wet chemicals to clean it).
