Jawad Shahid

Jawad Shahid is a freelance Producer, director, DOP, photographer, animator, print/web designer and editor currently running his own production house by the name of ‘Aamach Productions’ offering cutting edge audio-video solutions to organizations and individuals alike. His experience spans over ten-odd years, where he has worked with several government and private organizations including ‘Evenement (Event Management Company)’, ‘Mint-The Idea House (Advertising Agency)’, ‘Together (Nonprofit Organization Management) between 2006-2012. However, the most recent one was with the Civil Services Academy as ‘Audio-Visual Officer’ between 2010 and 2012.

Other than that he has worked in different capacities as a freelancer with Mr. Salmaan Peerzada (Founder Director of Rafi Peer Theater Workshop), ATPA, Natak mostly revolving around his core areas of interest for theatrical plays i.e. Production management, production design in the renowned World Performing Arts Festivals.

As far as education background is concerned, Jawad did his Professional Diploma in Textile and Fashion design from National Textile College in 2005, then proceeded to the National College of Arts and Punjab University to get hands on experience of graphics design, 3D production animation and video production between 2006 and 2009.
