Ibrar Hussain

Biography

​Ibrar Hussain was borne in 1993, Quetta, Pakistan. He graduated from University of Gujrat in miniature painting on 2018 and selected for Studio BQ 3rd Artist Residency 2019. His art practices revolve around the socio-political scenario, through various techniques of art, collage, photography, sculpture, and creative writing.

He explored eggshell as a medium during the session of residency and producedmany artworks. He used a combination of eggshell and writings to express his idea. He worked with the Director of SADA (School of Art, Design, And Architecture) for the KHAT'18, which contained installation, greetings of various languages on a large scale, sculptures etc. He participated in different exhibitions. He lives, and works in Lahore. Currently he is doing MFA Sculpture from Punjab University.
